I saw this recipe today on facebook. I am going to make it on Sat. It sounds so good
You cut up one head of cauliflower in to smaller pieces.
Dip in a egg and milk wash
Roll in seasoned panko
Then you bake it until crispy.
Tamara, we must have seen the same recipe! I tried it and it was absolutely wonderful! I added garlic and parmasean, and used rice crumbs instead of panko (we are gluten free as much as possible). It turned out fantastic. I have since made broccoli the same way and loved it, too,
This recipe was going around on Facebook and I vowed to try it. I still haven't yet, but this post just reminded me how much I would love to!
