I recently started going to a personal trainer who is a certified Gyrokenesis instructor. It seems like it is a mix of dance, pilates, and yoga. It is very graceful, and geared towards people with limited mobility or injuries. Check it out!
I have never heard of gyrokenesis so I looked it up after seeing this post. It looks like a great form of exercise for the elderly, or for people who have an injury and can't do anything difficult. Do you have a routine yet?
